Conquest Lawn Care was founded by Holden Mitrione in 2023. Holden started Conquest because he believed there was not enough focus on professionalism and simplicity in the lawn care industry. Many prioritize the bottom line at the expense of the client and do not thoroughly train and work to retain their top talent. This invigorated Holden to start Conquest.
Conquest Lawn Care was created so that we could build a company that actually focused on taking care of the customer by putting their goals at the center of their decisions, delighting them, and exceeding their expectations in simple, yet effective ways.
Too many companies in this industry take shortcuts in almost all of the important aspects that help to make a wonderful business and we will help change that. The future should be better and exciting but it will only be better if we make it so.

Meet Our Expert
Holden Mitrione is received his high school diploma from Sia Tech High School in 2022. Later, He joined a lawn care company to learn the business and how to do the work. He earned a best management practices certification (BMP) from the university of Florida. Eventually, he could not hold up his job and his work with Conquest at the same time and ended up leaving to focus on Conquest. He is currently learning accounting and is focused on increasing the professionalism in the lawn care industry. His responsibility is to sustainably grow Conquest into the company he envisions to maximize what is important to the customer and professionalism.
